You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our People Management - Core HCM area., As a Senior Product Owner, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of our People Management platform - spanning SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and OpenText for document management and storage. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, directly impacting how we manage and serve co-workers across the organisation. This means that you will: * Define and own the multi-year product roadmap - balancing business value, cost, risk, and technical sustainability * Shape a forward-looking AI and innovation roadmap - identifying where intelligence and automation add real value * Stay close to market trends and vendor developments - translating them into practical platform direction * Lead planning and prioritisation - managing cross-team dependencies across SF EC, OpenText, and adjacent platforms * Translate business needs into clear solutions and a well-structured backlog using roadmap tools and Jira * Drive stakeholder alignment across global business, centres of excellence, and engineering teams * Act as a trusted advisor to business and digital leadership on platform strategy and trade-offs * Ensure platform reliability, compliance, and data integrity across all People Management processes * Continuously improve platform quality, adoption, and user experience Together as a team You will work in Group Function Digital Area.
