* You have the necessary skills to always maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced, complex environment. Even with various, competing priorities, you keep an eye on the big picture and manage to deliver the best possible results.
 * You have several years of experience in the development and implementation of software products with Golang and Kubernetes.
 * You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 * You ideally have experience in the development, architecture, and operation of Cloud Services.
 * A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.
 * You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).

 * You conduct code reviews, thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.
 * You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers' needs, are responsible for the technical vision of the product, and are significantly involved in the roadmap., * You are a Servant Leader with a passion for guiding people on their path and supporting them according to their individual needs.
