You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, shape product direction, and contribute to the growth and success of the team. What you'll drive: Architecture & Execution * Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise-level software architectures across our .NET stack. * Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements. * Deliver clean code to production in a timely manner, balancing business speed with technical excellence. * Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers. Engineering Quality & Observability * Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce strict code quality, security, and industry best practices. * Develop and enforce testing protocols to guarantee software reliability and flawless production performance. * Implement and monitor production observability frameworks, including logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing. * Create and maintain concise, meaningful technical documentation for system designs and architecture.
