## Description

As Senior Infrastructure Architect you are responsible for shaping infrastructure strategy., * Define and govern enterprise-wide deployment standards and architecture frameworks

 * Lead cloud transformation and platform modernisation programs for strategic customers
 * Conduct architecture governance reviews across engagements and enforce practice standards
 * Define operational maturity frameworks, DR standards, and security architecture policies
 * Serve as trusted advisor to customer CTO, VP IT, and CIO-level stakeholders
 * Present multi-year infrastructure roadmaps to executive audiences
 * Formally manage L3 and L4 direct reports including performance and growth conversations
 * Define CoE standards, accelerators, and reusable frameworks for the practice
 * Guide infrastructure recruitment and career framework development
 * Support strategic planning and infrastructure budget alignment with customer leadership
