This role ensures optimal performance, adherence to operational standards, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals, contributing to the overall success of our data center operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proven ability to manage multiple facilities effectively., * Oversee daily operations of multiple data centers, ensuring availability, reliability, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). * Implement and monitor operational processes and procedures for consistency across all facilities. * Manage risks and develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions. * Lead and support on-site teams, providing direction, training, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Ensure physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems, are maintained to meet operational standards. * Coordinate and supervise vendor and contractor activities for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. * Control operational budgets, optimize costs, and monitor performance indicators for efficiency and quality. * Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs, capacity, and operational data. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards for all data center operations in partnership with group compliance leads. * Act as the primary regional contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and the central operations team. * Primary contact for compliance and incident management.
