 * Excellent communication and organizational abilities

## Description

* Configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
 * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and configuration issues
 * Assist with network upgrades, implementations, and infrastructure projects
 * Maintain network security and support access control initiatives
 * Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
 * Support LAN/WAN environments and ensure reliable connectivity across systems
 * Collaborate with IT teams to support system integration and infrastructure improvements
 * Respond to service requests and technical issues in a timely manner
 * Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
