## About the Role

* Experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos dentro de entornos internacionales.
 * Experiencia previa liderando proyectos de Information Security o Cybersecurity.
 * Conocimientos generales de infraestructura IT, especialmente en entornos de redes.
 * Conocimientos generales sobre Inteligencia Artificial y sus aplicaciones dentro del ámbito de la ciberseguridad.
 * Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y gestionando múltiples stakeholders.
 * Capacidad de planificación, organización y seguimiento de proyectos.
 * Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y reporting ejecutivo.
 * Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible)., * Certificaciones de Project Management (PMP, IPMA o similares).
 * Experiencia en proyectos de gobierno, cumplimiento normativo o despliegue de políticas de seguridad.
 * Conocimientos técnicos en ciberseguridad.
 * Conocimientos de español y/o sueco.

## Description

* Liderar proyectos de Information Security relacionados con iniciativas de Inteligencia Artificial.
 * Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares formados por negocio, IT y ciberseguridad.
 * Planificar, organizar y realizar el seguimiento de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, objetivos y calidad.
 * Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y posibles bloqueos, proponiendo soluciones y escalando cuando sea necesario.
 * Mantener una comunicación fluida con todos los stakeholders del proyecto.
 * Elaborar y presentar informes de seguimiento para dirección y comités de proyecto.
 * Actuar como punto de enlace entre las áreas de negocio, IT y Seguridad.
