This role sits at the centre of sales, customers, and delivery. You'll be responsible for making sure opportunities are properly understood, solutions are well designed, and projects are set up to run smoothly from day one. The aim is simple: to allow the sales team to focus on selling, while you ensure everything behind the scenes works as it should. You'll be the main technical point of contact within the security team, supporting the full lifecycle from initial enquiry through to project readiness. This includes: * Supporting sales with technical input on opportunities * Understanding customer requirements and shaping the right solution * Carrying out site surveys and defining scope * Designing systems and selecting appropriate products * Ensuring a smooth transition from sale to delivery You'll also take ownership of the operational side of the function, ensuring licensing, ordering, vendors, and installation partners are aligned and projects are set up for success from day one.
