Job Family Definition Sales Specialists in the Networks for AI domain are responsible for leading the pursuit of complex data center networking and routing solutions within the UK and Ireland region. They operate as subject matter experts, collaborating closely with account teams to develop pipeline, shape opportunities, and drive end-to-end sales execution. The role requires the ability to combine technical depth with consultative selling, enabling customers to align infrastructure investments with business and AI-driven outcomes while positioning differentiated solutions across the portfolio. Management Level Definition This role operates at an advanced individual contributor level, recognized as an authority in data center networking and routing solutions. It requires the ability to solve complex business challenges through deep analysis, influence strategic direction across accounts and regions, and lead cross-functional virtual teams. The specialist contributes to the development of new approaches and best practices, exercises a high degree of independent judgment, and provides mentorship and guidance to broader sales and technical teams while shaping go-to-market execution and customer engagement strategies.
