You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful migration of data from legacy systems into new digital platforms. Working across Finance, Property, Facilities and People functions, you'll support the mapping, validation and migration of data, helping to ensure colleagues have access to accurate, high-quality information when new systems go live. Combining strong data analysis skills with stakeholder engagement, you'll work closely with business teams to understand processes, define data requirements and support the successful delivery of complex system implementations and organisational change. You will also have Excel and Python skills in addition to SQL skills., You are an experienced Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data migration, data quality and data mapping. Comfortable working across technical and business teams, you can translate complex data requirements into practical solutions and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You have experience supporting system implementations or transformation programmes, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about ensuring data is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose., We are an organisation with a passion for giving back.
