Responsibilities include creating and managing documentation using Microsoft Office applications, collecting and processing timesheets, maintaining holiday and site-hours records, and supporting weekly payroll administration. The role also involves scanning, photocopying, printing, and binding documents, arranging accommodation and travel requirements, and raising purchase orders. Acting as a central administrative resource, the position supports multiple stakeholders, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure operational workflows are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with business requirements and deadlines.
