## Description

This role is focused on internal audit, remediation, and closure validation, ensuring that audit findings are properly addressed, documented, and signed off with strong evidence.

This is a governance-heavy & documentation-intensive role, very different from BA or migration roles.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

Internal Audit & Remediation

 * Hands-on involvement in:
 + Audit findings
 + Management remediation actions
 + Validation of fixes
 * Ensure:
 + Issues are properly addressed
 + Actions are effective and sustainable

Closure Pack Expertise (Critical Area)

You are expected to create or review closure packs that:

A strong closure pack should include:

 * Clear explanation of the original issue
 * Detailed remediation action taken
 * How the action resolves the risk
 * Evidence proving:
 + Action is implemented
 + Control is embedded (not just one-time fix)

This is a core skill for this role

Evidence Gathering & Validation

 * Collect and assess:
 + Documentation
 + Screenshots
 + Process proof
 * Ensure evidence:
 + Meets audit standards
 + Is complete and defensible

Section 166 Program Experience (Big Advantage)
