## Description

We are looking for an experienced Website Optimisation Manager to take ownership of our ecommerce customer journey and continuously improve how customers discover products, navigate our website and complete their purchase.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on using customer insight, analytics and experimentation to drive measurable commercial results.

What you'll be doing

As our Website Optimisation Manager, you will own the onsite customer experience from homepage to checkout, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, engaging and commercially effective.

Working closely with our Trading, Digital Marketing and Technology teams, you will identify opportunities to improve conversion, remove customer friction, and enhance the overall online experience.

You will be responsible for:

 * Driving continuous improvements to the customer journey.
 * Leading website optimisation and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
 * Using customer behaviour and data to identify opportunities for growth.
 * Delivering high-performing landing pages and product journeys.
 * Improving onsite search, navigation, and product discovery.
 * Working with developers to deliver website enhancements that make a real commercial impact.
 * Measuring success through data, insight, and continual testing.
