Desirable skills and experience: * Experience of working with Google Cloud Platform and/or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI. * Experience of working with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate or the wider Microsoft Power Platform to support digital workflows, self-service tools or process improvement. ## Description The Digital & Systems Lead sits within the Group Risk Office as part of the Group Health & Safety team, reporting to the Health & Safety Manager - Enablement & Assurance. The role supports the continued development of a modern, efficient and insight-led H&S function by improving how systems, workflows and data operate day-to-day within a fast-paced operational environment with changing priorities and high service demand. This role will help strengthen workflow discipline, improve management information and reporting, and develop a more efficient, self-service and risk-focused H&S service. It is a key role in helping the function operate effectively at reduced scale, while improving the user experience, consistency and efficiency of how support is accessed and delivered. Typical outputs and impact include improved visibility of H&S activity and service demand through reliable management information and reporting, more efficient and consistent access to support through digital workflows and self-service tools, and streamlined processes that reduce manual effort and strengthen operational oversight. The role will help enable a more connected, insight-led and scalable H&S function, improving both user experience and the overall effectiveness of service delivery.
