As your confidence grows, so will the complexity of your work. You'll progress from implementing individual features to designing services, contributing to architecture and leading technical work. Every feature you build has the potential to improve the way some of the world's largest manufacturers operate. You'll see your work used in production environments where software has a direct impact on real people and real products. What you'll learn As a graduate, it's assumed you will have the fundamentals in place already. You'll consolidate that knowledge by gaining practical experience across real world modern software engineering disciplines including: * Distributed systems and event-driven architecture * Backend development in Go * AI-enabled Software Engineering * Graph databases and GraphQL APIs * Cloud-native engineering with Docker and Kubernetes * API and integration design * Software architecture and domain-driven design * DevOps, CI/CD and automated testing * Industrial digitalisation using MQTT, OPC UA and ISA-95 You'll work with technologies including Go, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Restate, AI development tools, React, GitLab CI/CD, MQTT, OPC UA, Grafana and Git. You are not expected to have experience with all of these technologies before joining. You'll work alongside experienced software engineers, architects and consultants who will mentor you throughout your first year. Where could this role take you?
