The successful Application Support Analyst will work as part of the IT Offering team, alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts and other IT teams, to provide high-quality support, maintenance and enhancement of the firm's bespoke applications and integrated business systems. Offering hybrid working Team Kennedys IT team is responsible for delivery of a responsive, effective and timely service to the firm's partners and employees. They devise and implement operational processes and procedures to provide reliable and available IT systems to the firm and ensure the firm has proper applications from which to service its clients.
