## Description

* Provide efficient administrative and operational support to the Asset Management Team.
 * Maintain and update asset records and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
 * Coordinate and manage data from various sources to support asset management planning.
 * Record and maintain stock condition, asset, and refurbishment survey information.
 * Manage and maintain asset management IT systems and ensure data integrity.
 * Communicate asset information to internal teams and delivery partners.
 * Provide initial advice and support to customers and stakeholders via telephone and email.
 * Monitor performance targets and contribute to improving service delivery standards.
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure effective communication and coordinated service delivery.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering value-for-money services.
 * Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements while maintaining high standards of customer service.
