We're partnering with a long-established global technology company that's looking for an exceptional Lead UI Designer to help shape the next generation of its enterprise software. This isn't a people management role. It's for someone who leads through design excellence. You'll spend roughly 50% of your time owning complex UI projects and 50% supporting other designers, raising the quality of work across the team and helping drive consistency through design systems and UI leadership. If you love solving complex interface problems, refining dense desktop experiences and mentoring other designers without stepping away from hands-on design, this could be a great fit.
