## About the Role

* Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion implementations, ideally across Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Recruitment or Finance
 * Experience with other ERP platforms, such as SAP, will also be considered.
 * Strong experience delivering Oracle Payroll implementations is highly desirable.
 * Background working within IT Services, Consulting or Systems Integration environments.
 * Excellent programme and project management capabilities, with a strong delivery toolkit and governance experience.
 * Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
 * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environments.

## Description

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme.
 * Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
 * Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across business and technology workstreams.
 * Ensure successful adoption and delivery outcomes across the programme lifecycle.
