It's a role that sits at the heart of TNP, making sure colleagues across the business have the technology and support they need to do their best work. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT Support career to take pride in being the friendly, helpful backbone of TNP's operations. Technical skills can be taught; what we really care about is a passion for helping people, a curiosity about technology and a drive to dig into problems, and the patience to make every user feel supported. We're a small team that works in modern ways. You'll work with DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, Microsoft cloud technologies (Intune, AutoPilot, Entra), and automation tooling - and you'll get the support to grow, learning on the job alongside experienced engineers and working towards industry certifications as your career develops.
