Desirable * Experience working alongside AI, advanced analytics or data science teams. * Knowledge of MarTech platforms, customer data platforms and modern data ecosystems. * Experience operating within complex, multi-system environments. * Exposure to sports, media, entertainment or other high-performance industries. As Lead, Technology Transformation, you will define the technology foundations that enable that transformation. Working closely with Process Engineers and the Lead, AI Transformation, you will design a connected technology ecosystem that supports streamlined processes, intelligent automation and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll ensure our systems, platforms and data architecture are scalable, integrated and capable of powering future growth. This is a hands-on transformation leadership role focused on turning strategy into practical, technology-enabled outcomes.
