## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and a variety of stakeholders., * Previous administration experience.

 * Experience using management information systems and working with financial data.
 * Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
 * Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
 * Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
 * Knowledge of GDPR and maintaining confidential information.

This is a hybrid role, offering a mixture of home working and office-based working in Shrewsbury. You will need to be able to attend the office when required.

## Description

* Managing and maintaining management information systems.
 * Processing and checking financial and education-related data.
 * Supporting schools, early years providers and parents with enquiries.
 * Processing funding applications and carrying out eligibility checks.
 * Maintaining accurate records and resolving data discrepancies.
 * Preparing reports and updating databases.
 * Communicating with internal departments and external organisations.
 * Providing administrative support across a range of education services.
 * Ensuring all work complies with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
