This is an excellent opportunity for organised and detail-focused individuals who enjoy working with data, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development of new processes and ways of working., * Previous administration, data administration or data entry experience.

 * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Strong organisational and time management skills.
 * Experience handling large volumes of data.
 * Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers, field teams and internal stakeholders.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines.
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

 * Experience supporting system migrations, integrations or data cleansing projects.

## Description

* Extracting data from the STW system and accurately uploading it into the Sapphire BigChange system.
 * Updating and maintaining records across parallel systems during a period of system integration and automation.
 * Performing data entry, data validation and data quality checks to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
 * Liaising with field-based operatives to obtain missing, incomplete or incorrect information.
 * Supporting customers by providing information and responding to enquiries as required.
 * Working closely with IT and operational teams to support ongoing system improvement and automation initiatives.
 * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
 * Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
 * Prioritising workloads effectively to meet business requirements and project deadlines.
 * Supporting the wider team with general administrative activities as required.
