 * Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Administration und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Server, Netzwerk und Speichersysteme (Windows/Linux).
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software.
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der System- und Netzwerkleistung, inklusive Backup-Management und Security-Monitoring.
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit der IT-Systeme sowie Problembehebung bei Störungen (Incident- und Problem-Management).
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung in Active Directory sowie Verwaltung von E-Mail-Diensten (z.B. Exchange).
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur.
 * Dokumentation der IT-Landschaft und der durchgeführten Änderungen sowie Erstellung von Handbüchern.
