## Description

* Verwaltung und Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerkkomponenten, Storage, Betriebssysteme)
 * Sicherstellung des täglichen Betriebs und der Systemverfügbarkeit sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Systemwartungen und Backups
 * Verwaltung und Pflege der Windows- und/oder Linux-Serverlandschaft
 * Überwachung und Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit, inklusive Verwaltung von Firewalls, Anti-Virus-Lösungen und anderer Sicherheitssoftware
 * Benutzerverwaltung und Support für die Mitarbeitenden, inklusive 1st und 2nd Level Support bei IT-Problemen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Upgrades, Migrationen und Erweiterungen der IT-Systeme
 * Dokumentation und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance- und Sicherheitsstandards
