## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und -Infrastrukturen.
 * Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich vor Ort oder per Remote-Support.
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Migrationen von IT-Systemen sowie Netzwerkkomponenten.
 * Betreuung und Schulung der Anwender im Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Applikationen.
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Services.
