 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux) und Applikationen.
 * Verwaltung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Verzeichnisdiensten (z. B. Active Directory).
 * Monitoring und Optimierung von Systemen und Netzwerken.
