 * Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Servern und Active Directory.
 * Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Client-Betriebssystemen (Windows 10/11) und gängigen Office-Anwendungen (Microsoft 365).
 * Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall).
 * Erfahrung mit Ticket-Systemen sowie strukturiertes Arbeiten nach ITIL-Prozessen.
 * Know-how im Umgang mit Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V).
 * Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Skriptentwicklung (z. B. PowerShell) von Vorteil.
 * Hohe Serviceorientierung und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
 * Fähigkeit, technische Probleme verständlich zu erklären und Anwender freundlich zu unterstützen.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

## Description

* Betreuung und Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen (Windows, Linux, Netzwerke, Server und Clients).
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service-Requests und Changes im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports.
 * Analyse und Lösung von IT-Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st-Level-Support und weiteren Fachabteilungen.
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Dokumentation und Wissensdatenbank.
 * Überwachung und Wartung von Systemen und Netzwerken zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs.
 * Durchführung von Systemupdates, Patches und regelmäßigen Backups.
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer IT-Projekte und Technologien.
 * Beratung und Schulung der Endanwender zu IT-Fragen und Anwendungen.
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit und Einhaltung von Datenschutzrichtlinien.
