## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken.
 * Technischer Support und Störungsbeseitigung (First- und Second-Level-Support).
 * Betreuung und Administration von Clients, Druckern, Peripheriegeräten und mobilen Endgeräten.
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit und Systemverfügbarkeit.
 * Durchführung von Hard- und Software-Updates, Fehleranalysen und Reparaturen.
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Migrationen von IT-Systemen.
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Systemänderungen in Ticketsystemen.
 * Unterstützung und Beratung von Anwendern vor Ort und per Remote.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern.
