## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software bei Endkunden vor Ort oder per Fernwartung
 * Aufbau, Betreuung und Wartung von Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastrukturen
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung in der IT-Infrastruktur (PCs, Drucker, mobile Geräte, Netzwerke)
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Betreuung von IT-Projekten
 * Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen in einem Ticketsystem
 * Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit von IT-Systemen und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Updates
 * Ansprechpartner für Endanwender bei technischen Problemen sowie Schulung der Kunden in IT-relevanten Themen
 * Betreuung von Peripheriegeräten wie Druckern, Scannern und Telefonanlagen
