## About the Role

Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im Software Engineering, zum Beispiel durch eigene Projekte, Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Open-Source-Arbeit. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit modernen Webtechnologien, APIs und Datenbanken und hast idealerweise bereits mit Cloud-Infrastruktur, Deployment-Prozessen oder Backend-Systemen gearbeitet.

Du arbeitest strukturiert, lernst schnell und hast Lust, technische Probleme nicht nur theoretisch zu lösen, sondern direkt in echten Kundenumgebungen umzusetzen. Besonders wichtig sind uns Eigeninitiative, technisches Verständnis, Pragmatismus und die Motivation, in einem frühen Startup Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

## Description

Als CTO Associate Engineering Intern arbeitest du direkt mit unserem CTO an zentralen Softwareprojekten und unterstützt beim Aufbau unserer technischen Infrastruktur. Dazu gehören die Entwicklung neuer API-Schnittstellen, die Bereitstellung von Production-Hosting für Kunden sowie die technische Umsetzung neuer Produktfunktionen.

Darüber hinaus bist du als Forward Deployed Engineer nah an unseren Kundenprojekten beteiligt und arbeitest direkt mit Krankenhäusern, Kliniken und MVZs zusammen. Du hilfst dabei, technische Anforderungen aus der Praxis zu verstehen, Lösungen schnell umzusetzen und Catalys dort einzuführen, wo unsere Software echten operativen Mehrwert schafft.
