## Description

* Betreuung von Applikationen, Endgeräten und Mobile Devices inkl. Updates
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Infrastruktur (Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365)
 * Verwaltung der Endpoint-Umgebung über Microsoft Intune
 * Erstkontakt & Support für Anwender:innen inklusive Analyse komplexerer Fehler
 * Weiterentwicklung der M365-Services inkl. Berechtigungen
 * Client Lifecycle Management über die gesamte Endpoint-Umgebung
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Kernapplikationen (ERP, Atlassian)
 * Analyse von Störungen im Zusammenspiel von Applikation, Endgerät und Infrastruktur
 * Umsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Vorgaben (ISMS, BSI, DSGVO)
 * Schnittstelle zu Fachbereichen bei Anforderungen und Rollouts
 * Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben sowie Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
