EXAM ist die Testautomatisierungsplattform von MicroNova. Sie verbindet ALM-, CI/CD- und Reporting-Systeme sowie SaaS-Anwendungen zu einer leistungsfähigen Gesamtlösung und unterstützt Unternehmen dabei, ihre Testprozesse effizient zu automatisieren und zu steuern.

Als Produktmanager verantwortest du die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung von EXAM. Dabei entwickelst du die Produktvision und Roadmap weiter, priorisierst Features und Releases und bringst Kundenanforderungen, Business Value und technische Machbarkeit in Einklang., * Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision sowie der Roadmap für EXAM

 * Priorisierung von Features nach Business Value und Kundennutzen
 * Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung neuer Features und Release-Inhalte
 * Analyse von Markt, Wettbewerb und Kundenfeedback zur Identifikation neuer Produktpotenziale und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
 * Präsentation von Produktvision, Roadmap und Produktstatus sowie Moderation von Workshops und Stakeholder-Abstimmungen
 * Unterstützung der Teams bei Priorisierung, Scope Management, Releaseplanung und Produkt-Rollouts sowie Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Produktstrategie
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklung, Consulting, Vertrieb, Support, Management und Kunden, * Strukturiertes Onboarding & persönliches Mentoring
