## About the Role

 * Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Windows 11 (Bereitstellung, Konfiguration, Troubleshooting, Rollouts)
 * Kenntnisse in Matrix42 (ITSM/Service-Management) wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung im Patch-Management für Windows-Clients und -Server (z. B. Patch My PC, WSUS-/Intune-Ringe)
 * Routine in strukturierter Ticket-Annahme und -Bearbeitung (Service Desk)
 * Erfahrung in der Client-Bereitstellung via Autopilot und klassischem Imaging
 * 2nd-Level-Erfahrung im Umfeld VMware vSphere

 * Be an early applicant, * In Ihrer Position sind Sie sowohl für die Administration als auch für den stabilen Betrieb unserer hybriden Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur verantwortlich.
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Anwender und Server inkl. Annahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Tickets gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben
 * Sie fungieren als verantwortlicher Client-Administrator: Endpoint-Lifecycle, Software-Verteilung, Patch-Management
 * Sie sind Hauptansprechpartner für Troubleshooting client- und serverseitig, mit Schwerpunkt auf der neuen Umgebung im Rahmen der laufenden Migration
 * Betrieb und Pflege des Client-Managements erfolgt primär über Microsoft Intune, ergänzt um Matrix42 Empirum in der Auslaufphase
 * Administration von Windows-Server-Systemen im gehärteten Tiering-Modell (T0/T1/T2); 2nd-Level-Support im Umfeld VMware vSphere
 * Annahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Tickets im Service-Management-Tool (Matrix42 ITSM)
 * Anwenderbetreuung und Remote-Support (AnyDesk)
 * Sie kümmern sich um den Rollout und Betrieb von Servern (virtuell & physisch) auf Basis von VMWare, die Netzwerksicherheit (u. a. Check Point), sowie um das laufende Re-Design unseres zentralen Monitorings.
