## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Projekten unterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität.
 * Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung von IT-Projekten unter Einhaltung von Budget- und Qualitätsvorgaben.
 * Analyse und Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Ressourcenzuweisungen und Risikomanagement-Dokumenten.
 * Kommunikation mit internen und externen Teams, um eine reibungslose Projektkoordination sicherzustellen.
 * Moderation von Workshops, Meetings und Statusberichten für das Projektmanagement-Team und die Geschäftsleitung.
 * Einführung und Optimierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, Tools und Prozessen.
 * Unterstützung bei der digitalen Transformation und der Implementierung neuer Technologien.
 * Sicherstellung der Dokumentation und Berichterstattung gemäß den Unternehmensstandards.
