## Description

* Administration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Backup) sowohl in physischen als auch in virtuellen Umgebungen.
 * Überwachung und Pflege der Serverlandschaft (Windows/Linux) sowie Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und -sicherheit.
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Gruppenrichtlinien (Active Directory).
 * Implementierung und Überwachung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen sowie Sicherstellung der Datensicherung.
 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen im Systembetrieb (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support).
 * Überwachung und Optimierung von Netzwerksystemen und deren Sicherheitskonfiguration (Firewall, VPN).
 * Dokumentation der IT-Systeme sowie Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur-Pläne.
 * Planung und Durchführung von Systemupdates, Patches und Release-Wechseln.
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur und Implementierung neuer Systeme und Prozesse.
