* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

## Description

* Administration und Betreuung der Microsoft 365-Anwendungen (insbesondere Windows 365) sowie Troubleshooting bei auftretenden Störungen.
 * Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Windows 365 Umgebungen, inklusive Benutzerverwaltung und Lizenzmanagement.
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Performance der Microsoft 365 Services und Applikationen.
 * Implementierung und Verwaltung von Sicherheits- und Datenschutzrichtlinien für die Microsoft 365 Umgebung.
 * Monitoring und Optimierung der Infrastruktur sowie Sicherstellung von Backups und Desaster-Recovery-Lösungen.
 * Unterstützung bei Upgrades und Rollouts neuer Funktionen oder Patches im Microsoft 365 Umfeld.
 * Technische Beratung und Schulung von Endanwendern in Bezug auf Microsoft 365 Anwendungen und Services.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Richtlinien und Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit der IT-Administration.
