 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen vor Ort und per Remote-Zugriff.
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen, Peripheriegeräten und Software.
 * Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Supportanfragen im Ticketsystem.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem 3rd Level Support und externen Dienstleistern.
 * Schulung und Beratung der Nutzer zu IT-Themen.
