Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., * Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent technical experience in the industry will be considered in lieu of degree. * Technical experience in a financial institution. * Strong understanding of configuring logical workflows and processes within an application. * Experience with technical and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and project management tools. * Strong understanding of financial institution business practices that are driven by the Symitar Core's functionality. * If placed on the Core Applications Team, proficiency with programming languages such as Python, C#, or similar and development standards and best practices. Credit Union 1 does not provide visa sponsorship. ## Description The Application Analyst supports the daily operations of assigned business applications. Typically serves as the first line of support for end-users: providing training, troubleshooting, and support for internal customers. This position frequently initiates vendor support cases and facilitates ticket escalation with other technical resources and third-party vendors.
