## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL / Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP Application Management, idealerweise in mehreren der eingesetzten Module (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM)
 * Vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP-Technologien sowie Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ERP, idealerweise S/4 HANA inkl. FIORI, ABAP, Adobe Forms, SAP BTP
 * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in internationalen SAP-Projekten und Transformationen, vorzugsweise S/4HANA
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Führungserfahrung oder nachweisbare Leadership-Kompetenzen in Projekten oder der Linienorganisation
 * Hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Idealerweise eine ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung
 * Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige sowie kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Führung eines Teams von IT-Spezialisten sowohl disziplinarisch (in Deutschland) als auch fachlich (international) sowie Steuerung von Key-Usern und externen Dienstleistern im SAP-Applikations- und Basis Bereich
 * Verantwortung für die Einführung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten SAP-Prozesse und Module (MM, PP, SD, WM, FI, CO, HR, QM, PM)
 * Globale Steuerung und Koordination von Change-, Incident- und Problem-Management im SAP-Umfeld
 * Erstellung von KPIs und Reporting Dashboards zur Serviceerbringung sowie Erstellung, Pflege und Management von Dokumentationen und Knowledge Base Artikeln für Fachkollegen
 * Entwicklung einer strategischen Roadmap für eine erfolgreiche und zielgerichtete Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Umgebung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen, um Anforderungen aufzunehmen und in SAP-Lösungen zu überführen
 * Mitgestaltung und Steuerung des internationalen S/4HANA-Migrationsprojekts
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister und Partner
 * Verantwortung für Governance, Security und Berechtigungskonzepte im SAP-Umfeld
 * Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
