## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung vom Auftragseingang bis zur Fakturierung
 * Steuerung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen in SAP
 * Vorbereitung und Abwicklung nationaler sowie internationaler Versandprozesse
 * Erstellung von Packlisten, Frachtanfragen und Transportdokumentationen
 * Organisation von Gefahrgutversendungen einschließlich Beantragung erforderlicher Genehmigungen
 * Durchführung und Koordination der Zollabwicklung
 * Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auslieferung
 * Schriftliche und telefonische Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Prozessabläufe
 * Übernahme organisatorischer Aufgaben im Bereich Order Processing und Customer Contract Management
