* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und fundierte Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen (z. B. Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
 * Kenntnisse in Frameworks und Tools (z. B. Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js) sowie Erfahrung mit relationalen und/oder NoSQL-Datenbanken
 * Verständnis von Agile-Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) und Erfahrung in der Arbeit in agilen Teams
 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools und bestenfalls Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) ist von Vorteil
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
 * Teamorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

## Description

* Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Softwarelösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Qualität
 * Mitarbeit an allen Phasen des Software-Entwicklungszyklus, von der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeption bis zur Bereitstellung und Wartung
 * Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Backend- und/oder Frontend-Komponenten (abhängig vom Schwerpunkt), inklusive Integration von APIs und Microservices
 * Optimierung bestehender Anwendungen und Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung und Performance-Analyse
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams aus Design, Produktmanagement und anderen Entwicklungsteams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Anwendungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von CI/CD-Pipelines und Sicherstellung einer effizienten und fehlerfreien Bereitstellung
 * Dokumentation von Code, Architektur und technischen Lösungen für eine transparente und nachvollziehbare Entwicklungsarbeit
