## Description

* Installation, Wartung und Konfiguration von IT-Hardware (PCs, Laptops, Drucker) und Peripheriegeräten im Innen- und Außendienst
 * Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung vor Ort und remote bei unseren Kunden, inklusive Netzwerk- und Serverproblemen
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Betriebssystemen und Software-Anwendungen
 * Unterstützung der Kunden bei IT-Fragen sowie Schulung und Anwenderberatung
 * Durchführung von Routinewartungen und Updates zur Sicherstellung eines unterbrechungsfreien Betriebs
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Support-Team zur Eskalation und Lösung komplexer Probleme
