* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mainframe-Entwicklung mit Cobol, DB2 und JCL.
 * Kenntnisse in CICS, IMS oder anderen Mainframe-Technologien sind von Vorteil.
 * Vertrautheit mit Batchverarbeitung, Datenbankdesign und SQL-Abfragen.
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Change-Management-Prozessen und agilen Methoden wünschenswert.
 * Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
 * Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift., * Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in DevOps-Tools und -Technologien wie Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cloud-Services (z. B. AWS, Azure, GCP) und Container-Technologien.
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Linux- und Windows-Server-Administration.
 * Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools wie Prometheus, Grafana oder ELK-Stack.
 * Kenntnisse in Scripting/Programmierung (z. B. Bash, Python, Go, PowerShell).
 * Vertrautheit mit agilen Methoden und Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
 * Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit.
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
