## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise in komplexen IT-Umgebungen.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden wie Agile/Scrum, Wasserfall, oder Hybridmodellen.
 * Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, MS Project, Confluence, oder Trello.
 * Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen, Softwareentwicklung, und/oder Cloud-Technologien von Vorteil.
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stakeholder-Management und der Koordination unterschiedlicher Interessen.
 * Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis.
 * Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
 * Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master oder ITIL sind von Vorteil.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, inkl. Ressourcenmanagement und Meilensteinplanung.
 * Steuerung von interdisziplinären Projektteams aus internen und externen Stakeholdern.
 * Analyse von Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und IT-Spezialisten.
 * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Projektbudgets, -zielen und -terminen.
 * Identifikation und Management von Projektrisiken sowie Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung.
 * Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten, Kunden und dem Management.
 * Erstellung von Berichten und Projektstatus-Updates.
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ITIL, Agile, oder Wasserfall-Methodik, je nach Projektanforderung.
 * Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und Einführung neuer Technologien.
 * Überwachung und Qualitätssicherung von Projektphasen, inkl. Tests und Abnahmeprozessen.
