## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Arbeitsplätze).
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software in einer heterogenen Systemlandschaft.
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Rechtevergaben und Gruppenrichtlinien (Active Directory).
 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs der IT-Systeme durch Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und -behebung.
 * Betreuung und Pflege der Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V).
 * Implementierung und Überwachung von Datensicherungs- und Recovery-Strategien.
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, z. B. Systemmigrationen oder Rollouts.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Herstellern.
 * Technischer Support für Endanwender sowie Bearbeitung von IT-Tickets.
