 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, DevOps-Praktiken und Containerisierung (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes).
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken (SQL, NoSQL) und Schnittstellenentwicklung (REST, GraphQL).
 * Verständnis von agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence).

## Description

* Fachliche und technische Leitung eines Entwicklerteams bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung moderner Softwarelösungen.
 * Verantwortung für die Architektur und das Design von Softwareanwendungen unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Technologien und Best Practices.
 * Koordination und Steuerung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses, von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Umsetzung bis zum Rollout.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Stakeholdern und anderen Fachabteilungen, um Anforderungen zu definieren und Lösungen zu priorisieren.
 * Sicherstellung der Codequalität durch Reviews, Tests und die Einführung von Standards wie Clean Code und SOLID-Prinzipien.
 * Förderung der Teamweiterentwicklung durch Mentoring, Wissensmanagement und die Einführung moderner Entwicklungsprozesse (z. B. Scrum, DevOps).
 * Identifikation und Evaluierung neuer Technologien sowie deren Integration in bestehende Systeme.
 * Troubleshooting und technische Unterstützung bei der Behebung von komplexen Problemen im Entwicklungsprozess.
