 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen im 1st und 2nd Level Support.
 * Durchführung von IT-Rollouts und Umzügen.
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten und Lösungen.
 * Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, Drucker, Peripherie).
