This position operates in a fast-paced environment and will serve as a key member of the Police Department Technology Unit. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide day-to-day support and account management for Records Management software and several other systems such as Axon RMS, Evidence.com, and/or other applications such Tyler - Brazos system, CAD system, ShotSpotter, LInX, Livescan. * Assist with the implementation of future application modules * Serve as power-user for mobile device management software (MDM) and cell phone provider portal * Assist with maintenance and inventory of technology assets (hardware and software) * Assist with maintenance and inventory of mobile phones * Develop and document business procedures for use with division's applications * Develop training materials and conduct end-user training * Assist with data entry functions and routine report generation * Analyze business operations; identify business needs and business process improvements * Liaison with IT Department and/or vendor to resolve software or hardware issues and use of IT service request software such as ServiceNow Other tasks/duties as assigned The City offers a generous benefits package, which includes health, dental and life insurance, retirement and savings plans, maternity/paternity leave, holidays and Paid-Time-Off.
