## About the Role

* A Bachelor's degree in computer science with knowledge of all types of computer and communication equipment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
 * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
 * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
 * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without supervision.

Computer Skills

 * Strong knowledge of various types of computer equipment and software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

 * Oracle certification is preferred

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

 * English language fluency, verbal and written.
 * Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.

What You'll Do:

 * Perform daily monitoring and management of the backup environment.
 * Create and update documentation for backup environments.
 * Design a data recovery and backup system.
 * Perform Maintenance on existing database backup systems.
 * Monitor activity to make sure all necessary information is stored securely.
 * Perform patching and backups on multiple environments Assist in setting up servers for migration of old backup solution
